Entertainment Booking Intern

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, intern who is eager about learning about working in the entertainment industry.  Our candidate must be passionate and motivated. Driven, with an entrepreneurial spirit.  Resourceful, hard-working, self-starter, innovative, forward thinking and a willingness to follow directions and have an open mind.



  • Research various markets
  • Support and shadowing the booking team with day to day needs.
  • Research artist talent agency information.
  • Create and maintain a database for booking information.
  • Contact Talent Buyers and Talent Bookers.
  • Learn the booking process with entertainers/clients


  • This is an unpaid internship and must be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university.
  • Must be eligible for school credit and able to provide letter of credit confirmation from sponsor/administrator upon request.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Be available to commit 15-20 hours per week.
  • Must have ability to think quickly and creatively.
  • Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks.
  • Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain exceptional work ethic.
  • Must be punctual, well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Internet savvy, proficient with using the internet as a research tool.
  • You must have FULL knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and be able to do various projects unsupervised.
