Business Development Associate
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Sales Associate with 2+ years of sales experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and is comfortable managing client relationships, handling administrative responsibilities, and communicating professionally both in person and over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and communication
- Manage accounts and assist with ongoing account management activities
- Prepare, review, and maintain client and sales agreements
- Conduct outbound and inbound client communications via phone, email, and in person
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Conduct online research to identify client needs, gather market information, and support sales initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, and sales documentation
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Proficient with search engines and strong online research skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with clients regularly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Work Environment
- On-site position
- Some evening and weekend availability required
