Entertainment Coordinator

Division/Department: Entertainment

Contemporary Productions, LLC, a special events and entertainment company, is seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to support the booking staff and help cultivate and grow its entertainment booking division. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, ambitious, well organized, and have the desire to learn the entertainment and event industry from the ground-floor.

The Entertainment Coordinator is responsible for a myriad of tasks, with the most vital being coordinating all details with clients and artists to ensure that every entertainment booking is a success.

Administrative Assistant

Division/Department: Administrative

The Administrative Assistant provides support to the administrative team and serves as the primary point of contact for the President. The Administrative Assistant also organizes and coordinates executive outreach for business development and external/internal relations efforts; and manages special projects. The Administrative Assistant must be energetic, creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is results-driven and community oriented.  The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, keep a keen eye on detail, and present projects and information on a deadline while being proactive with anticipation of the President’s needs.
