As a Production Manager, you will collaborate with our project managers and clients to help with the planning of each event you touch. With your impeccable knowledge of purchasing rental equipment and services for events such as audio/visual, staging, tenting, power, labor, and additional site op needs, you’ll bring the clients’ vision to life. You’ll be a can-do planner and pro-active problem solver who balances all aspects of planning an event from concept development all the way to the event debrief. Along the way, you’ll work with talented booking agents, art directors, and partners who help bring big ideas to fruition.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for bill payment/processing, financial support, and, as needed, administrative support. This position reports to the Director of Administration and is responsible for maintaining and updating financial records using data bases, spreadsheets, and accounting systems that track expenditures, revenue, receipts, cash flow, and other financial activities. This position has a high degree of discretion and independent judgment and may act as an inside consultant on billing matters.
