U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team Fundraiser
Transporting guests to the slopes
St. Louis, Missouri may not be a ski town, but it has a passionate community that supports and cheers on athletes from all over the world. Our team is honored to produce the annual Aprés Ski Party to raise funds for the U.S. Ski & Snowboard, the national governing body for Olympic skiing and snowboarding. Based at a private residence, we always aim to create an engaging and fun experience for attendees, celebrity athletes and passionate fans while raising awareness and much needed financial backing.
The event was a tremendous success, raising over $800,000 and meeting all objectives.
Gala Production
Held at a private residence, the theme of the 6th annual event was “denim and ice”. Olympic Champion Mikaele Shiffrin, along with 400 fans dressed in theme, were in attendence. Our team handles all aspects of event production, including overall event design, A/V production and execution. Attendees enjoyed an evening of Nashville entertainment, a silent auction featuring U.S. Ski Team and Olympic gear, themed strolling performers and more. For décor, we created themed lounges, lighting and “fogged” the swimming pool.

On behalf of the entire U.S. Ski & Snowboard Team, we can’t thank you enough for your support. It’s because of all of you that we’re able to do what we love.”

Novus International Anniversary
International Event Company
With the right entertainment, a work event can turn into a night that goes down in workplace history. Novus, a global corporation, came to us to book a headliner that would wow guests at their international anniversary event — and the Contemporary team delivered.
We analyzed their event budget and sent them a list of artists that fit the bill — from there, Rick Springfield was promptly booked by our team. Novus had never booked a national headliner before so we made the process as simple as possible and handled everything from production to rider fulfillment. The event was hosted in Sheldon Concert Hall, where everything went without a hitch. Springfield proved to be the perfect fit for the event, where he played a number of recognizable originals like Jessies Girl as well as surprise covers including Katy Perry’s “Roar.” A perfect act for a corporate event, Rick Springfield mixed together a diverse setlist with tons of crowd interaction and stories from his career.
