Contemporary helps World Wide Technology achieve this and more at their annual Global Sales and Leadership Conferences.
For nearly a decade, World Wide Technology has tasked us to fit more than fifteen events into a three-day conference period. An impossible feat for some event management companies, but we know how to make it happen.
With a guest list of more than 1,500 people, our team crafted each conference to benefit the professional growth of the attendees, help World Wide Technology make an impact in the conference host city and build an engaging list of activities to encourage camaraderie. Not only did we plan the conference breakout sessions and keynote speakers, but we coordinated fitness events like 5K runs and morning yoga, after-parties with a silent disco and a chance to give back through a volunteer event at a local nonprofit in the host city.

A Flair for Dramatic Entrances
There is no mission “too impossible” for Contemporary Productions within the realm of events management and production. Stifel looks to our team to coordinate their two largest annual events — the Blueprint conference and the Cross Sector Insights Conference.
Stifel’s yearly conferences not only help attendees connect with top institutional investors and the industry’s leading companies with a unique combination of panel discussions, keynote speeches and conversations with industry newsmakers, but they also bring everyone together with unique themes and entertainment in mind.
Over the years, Contemporary has helped Stifel develop Blueprint conference themes like Guardians of the Galaxy and Mission Impossible and secured headlining entertainment like The Brothers Osborne for Cross Sector. From crafting branded materials to organizing the conference schedule to booking the headlining entertainment to choreographing their CEO’s jaw-dropping entrance into the conference, we take the reins and manage all aspects to ensure each conference runs smoothly — even with a James Bond styled entrance from the ceiling.
